Yakisoba sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (1 tablespoon of powdered soy sauce per 3 tablespoons of water)
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together and add to stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat.
